Job overview:? Our office in Monterrey provides remote service to several Medical Offices in the United States. We're looking for professionals in health-related areas to perform the role of Medical Health Specialist, which provides remote medical, administrative and documentation assistance for pediatric patients, in the state of Florida. Responsibilities: Request, review and update electronic medical records (ER visits-hospitalization, immunization records) Complete medical forms: prescriptions, referrals, medical equipment requests Schedule medical appointments Notify patients about lab results and/or imaging studies ?Skills, abilities and knowledge: Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (Nursing, Nutrition, Biomedic, etc) Medical terminology knowledge required Good judgement, organizational ability, attention to detail and the ability to be self-motivated. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-stress and fast-moving environment. Excellent computer and phone skills. Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Additional information: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm / 7am to 4pm Location: Monterrey, N.L, Mexico Productivity bonus based on productivity metrics Must be able to work from the business office as needed Paid training Mandatory legal benefits Life and accidents insurance after 90 days
